"Easy Enough to Use"
The website was straightforward to navigate, and I was able to find the flowers I wanted fairly quickly. Overall, a simple and smooth experience

"Refund got sorted eventually"
I had a problem with my order and it took a little while to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. But in the end, the refund did go through. Not the best experience, but not terrible either.

"Nice enough, but I wanted a bit more choice"
I thought the flower selection was alright overall, and there were definitely a few styles I liked. For me though, some of the colours and arrangements started to feel a little too similar, so it didn’t quite feel like there was something for every occasion or budget. It’s not a bad option by any means, I just personally would have appreciated a bit more variety to choose from.

The delivery updates were clear enough, and I didn’t have to chase anyone or worry about what was happening with the order. It wasn’t over-the-top fancy, but it did exactly what I needed it to do without any stress.
The flowers looked fresh when they arrived, which was great. I’d be happy to use them again, mainly because the delivery was reliable and the experience was simple from start to finish...

"Wish I’d Picked a Fuller Arrangement"
The flowers were nice and the delivery went smoothly, but I did feel a bit of regret after seeing them in person. For what I paid, I expected the bouquet to look fuller and a little more impressive. They lasted a few days, which was fine, but I’m not sure I’d say it was the best value for the money.

I ordered a bouquet for my mum from theflowerbox.co.uk, and I have to say, it arrived looking really lovely. The flowers were fresh, nicely arranged, and clearly good quality. They also lasted longer than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Overall, very pleased with the experience and I’d happily use them again
